Sleep Training
Our therapists are here to help your family achieve more sleep. Sleep training happens at all ages as children go through different developmental phases. We believe that every child and family are different and require individualized routines.
We are trained and experienced behavior therapists who help develop, coach, and implement sleep training plans. This includes transitioning from crib to bed, nap routines, bed time routines, waking at night, and remaining in bed in the morning. Sleep training is tailored to meet the needs of each child and family.
