PKC focuses on social emotional skills, pragmatic language, verbal behavior, and executive functioning skills. Some of our learning tools include The Social Thinking Methodology©®, game play, role play, video modeling, social stories, behavior mapping, physical activities, and teamwork exercises.

PKC is a fun and engaging way to work on social skills and competencies. Skills addressed include, but are not limited to, flexibility, greetings, reciprocal conversation, staying on topic, problem solving, manners, being in charge of our behavior, focus, collaboration, teamwork, whole body listening, first time listening, following directions, organization, executive functioning, expected/unexpected behavior, patience, emotions, empathy, reading the room, etc.
